U10 Boys Victorious at Epic Center

On January 3, 2010 The U10 boys wrapped up an undefeated Winter A session by defeating Grand Island in a 2-1 shoot out victory at the Epic Center. In the title game the teams battled to a 1-1 tie at the end of regulation. In the shoot out Lockport out scored Grand Island 4-2, to take the crown.

The U10 boys team played in a combined U10 / U11 division for Winter A at the Epic Center, finishing with an impressive 7-0-1 record. In the first play-off game Lockport defeated Kenmore by a 6-1 score. For the entire session they out scored their opposition by a combined score of 57-6.

Up next for the U10 boys is the Winter B session at the Epic Center where they will be playing in the U11 "A" division, which will include a strong Buffalo Empire team. This should be a great challenge. In February, they are participating in the National Indoor Championships in Cleveland.
